General Information

The USCIS immigration medical exam for a green card is a required step in the immigration process that screens for medical conditions relevant to U.S. immigration law. The exam must be performed by a designated Civil Surgeon and includes:

• A review of your medical history and immunization records
• A physical examination that includes your eyes, ears, nose, throat, extremities, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, and skin

Valid Identifaction

Please bring your passport, driver's license, or any valid US identifaction on the day of the appointment

Lab

• We also have lab facility avilable to do your blood and urine test per USCIS requirements

We proide most of the vaccinations per USCIS requirements. Please bring ALL your vaccination records on the day of your appointment
